CONNECTING TO YOUR TRUE ESSENCE
Today’s world has become progressively more demanding. We tend to move more and more into a stage of survival. Without realising we are living a life on automatic pilot, based on the belief that life is like that, mainly driven by fear.
In the retreat CONNECTING WITiH YOUR TRUE ESSENCE we are offering you a way out, or actually a way in. By changing our perspective about ourself and by switching our attention on stillness and on sensing/feeling we discover our true nature,. This opens us to perceive the self and the world as we see it, through an untapped flow of potential. The retreat offers a blend of meditation, inner explorations, conversations, movement and free time to enjoy the delights of nature. The sessions are in english with spanish translation avalaible.
