RETREAT CREATING AN INNER STATE OF LASTING HAPPINESS 9th to 13th of October 2024
We all want to be happy, don’t we? And oh my, how many things we do in pursuit of happiness. Yes, we experience moments of joy, but they don’t last, do they? So, we begin to chase these fleeting moments by repeating what once brought us happiness. However, when we do the same thing too often, it no longer brings the same joy. That’s when we start searching for new ways to experience happiness: a new job, a new relationship, new clothes, a new look, a new car, a new house, a new course of study.
If you’ve come to realize that these new things don’t provide lasting happiness, then you’re ready to be open to a completely new way of experiencing joy.
We are excited to offer you this new approach. It’s a way to understand where happiness truly comes from and how to maintain a naturally joyful state. During our retreat, we will explore life, happiness, and ourselves. We will delve into meditation while being surrounded by nature and good company.
By the end of the retreat, you’ll feel enriched and will have received exactly what you came for.
The price for the retreat is € 300 all included, except transport costs.
The food is vegetarian.
