The food we prepare for you is vegetarian. It is light natural food, a a balance between raw vegetables and cooked vegetables, legumes and grains. All prepared with great care and love. Although the food is tasty it is made to sustain your body and mind. 

Normally we are having a late breakfast and an early dinner, without having a lunch. In between there are nuts and fruit available. In first instance it may sound a bit ought not to have a lunch, but in practie everyone is appreciating this way of eating.
