In this experiential meditation retreat we explore different ways to enter this space of stillness. We will give attention to our breathing, our energy centres (chakra's), self talk on which our mind responds, talking to our subtle guides on wich energies responds and deepening our understanding of ourself and universal laws. The energy of nature around the retreat village Benessere is an ideal support to reach a level of stillness mind.
